Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) – rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – rates calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – rates calculated at checkout
Shipping Origin All orders ship from Ohio, USA.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping may be available — please contact us for details.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at help@drinkstadia.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
